I love coming to Leon Springs Family Dental for the customer service that I receive every time I’m here, whether it be a phone call or just coming in, but also obviously the care that I’m provided by Dr. Cherie and Dr. Tim. At Leon Springs Family Dental, I feel very at ease, very comfortable. I’m able to be really open if I’m having any type of issue or anything like that, and I know that they’re going to address it in the best way possible.
I see Dr. Cherie or Dr. Tim, either one. I love both of them, actually. I never know who I’m going to get after Bellia finishes cleaning my teeth, but I know that whoever walks in the door, I’m going to get the best care that there is. What sets Leon Springs Family Dental apart from other dentists that I’ve been to is the feeling of family and that they want to take care of you and they want to do right by you. They always do preventative care. They don’t rush into getting things done. They just want to make sure that what you’re currently needing is what you get. They just will recommend what you’re needing at the time. They don’t try to upsell you, which I really like. It’s basically you just come in, they do the cleaning, the x-rays and then address whatever problems or issues that you’re having and then you leave. There was a time when I had tooth pain and I thought that I could go through it, you know, work through it. It would not be a big deal, but it turns out I couldn’t do it. So I called thinking that maybe I would get an appointment a few days later, you know, or whatever, and I actually was able to get in that same afternoon and had the relief immediately. I normally see Dr.
Cherie, but I also see Dr. Tim as well, and I’m good with either one of them. I feel super comfortable with both of them. So if I was a new patient and I was, you know, trying to shop dentists, I guess, and I would call Leon Springs Family Dental, I would make an appointment. You can always come talk to them before you have any type of service done to basically interview the dentists.
I didn’t have to do that because I’ve actually known Dr. Cherie since high school, but I have been a patient for 20 years, me and my family, all of us.

I’ve seen Cherie for a number of times and I’ve also seen Tim a number of times. They have a conservative and compassionate approach to dentistry and that’s why I’ve continued coming here for over 20 years. It’s kind of the family atmosphere. Dr. Tim and Dr. Cherie are fantastic human beings. You trust that they’re actually taking care of you and they’re not looking at the dollar signs.
They’re looking at a conservative approach to dentistry. Since I’ve been coming to Leon Springs Family Dental, the quality of care has been fantastic. I have my kids coming here, my brother comes here, my wife obviously comes here. The care is that good. And they’re not doing anything additional to what needs to be done. Again, a conservative approach, less intrusive.
It’s really what keeps bringing us back. Anytime that I have had to reschedule, they’ve always been accommodating. I’ve had dental emergencies and they were able to get me in and so it’s a very welcoming environment, very team oriented. Everyone here is very nice. It’s why I bring my entire family here and why I refer all my friends.

So I have always had dental anxiety since I was a child, probably. I think it’s called white coat syndrome, so I have it really bad. And that was one of my drawbacks in coming to any dentist, you know. But when I knew that Dr. Cherie was a dentist, I thought maybe, you know, she would make me feel more comfortable. And she definitely did.
So I see one hygienist all the time, which is Belia. But I have seen other hygienists here in the office, and I can’t say enough about any of them. They are all fantastic. I have hardly any anxiety at all. I won’t lie and say I have none, because I do. As soon as I walk through the door and I sit down and Belia comes in, it’s gone. And I’m so comfortable here.
I would tell anybody that.

I’ve been to other dentists, but here, once you set an appointment, it’s a follow-up. They notify you by text. They notify you by a phone call. If there’s some reason that you cannot come when you’re assigned an appointment, they’re real flexible with you.
When I was working, a lot of times I couldn’t get off to make that assigned appointment. And they were ready to reassign me to another appointment, whenever it was convenient for me. They’re very easy to work with when you have to make changes like that. It wasn’t just business. There was always a conversation between Dr.
Tim and Dr. Cherie. They wanted to know about me. They wanted to know about my family, not just about my dentistry problems. They explained very clearly the procedures that are going to be going on to fix whatever problems you might have. They make me and my family feel good.
